Ability Training Southern Ltd offer operator
training courses designed to meet the requirements of the HASAW act, Approved
Code of Practice and assist operators to work both efficiently and safely.
Training is undertaken by fully accredited instructors. Certificates are
issued on satisfactory completion of the training, to comply with the
Code of Practice. It is becoming increasingly common that in many cases contractors are required to prove their competency as well provide Risk Assessments before they can commence work at a customer's premises. If your operators do not have this proof then it is likely that valuable time and money will be lost in attaining it and possibly the contract could be lost. In all cases it is the employers responsibility by law to ensure that all their operators are trained to a sufficiently high standard that they do not pose a risk to themselves or others.
